How can I travel with Faircab?

We can offer you the best price available in the market to and from the airport. We do this by ensuring a maximum occupancy rate on our cars and vans. You can help us by booking at least 4 weeks in advance. If you book within 4 weeks prior to your travel, we will often still be able to offer you a very competitive price. The general rule is, the earlier you book, the lower we go for our price.

Our booking and travel process is explained in a few simple steps:

Step 1: As soon as you book your plane ticket, holiday or business trip, please do the same for your airport taxi by booking on our website. You can book a return at the same time! You pay your ride on our website, by creditcard or Ideal. Cash payment in the taxi is unfortunaly not possible.

Step 2: After completing the booking process on our website, we will immediately send you a booking confirmation with all the details of your travel. This is also your travel voucher. It is not mandatory to print the booking confirmation, but for your comfort we do recommend keeping a copy with you.

Step 3: On the day of your departure, our drivers always call you to confirm the departure time. We will be at your departure address at your chosen time. If you travel from the airport to your home address, we kindly request you to call or message our driver once you’ve landed. The driver will in any case send you a message (imessage/sms/whatsapp and email) with his contact details. The driver will wait for you at the kiss & ride in front of the departures hall (upstairs).
